Henrik Knopper has been working with IT operations for 18 years. The first 7 years as a Systems Administrator and as an external consultant for customers in the educational and industrial sector.

Since 1998 Henrik has focused on innovation projects with high demands to all three aspects of security: Confidentiality, integrity and accesability. First as a CTO at a hospital and since then as a technical architect on very large and complex IT-installations.

The last year Henrik has focused on the sustainability of innovative IT projects in the role of the entrepreneur.

As a manager Henrik has a good track record in team buidling and motivation of people, especially during changes. He has been a direct people manger for 5 years.

His skills and experience enables him to communicate equally with all stakeholders in IT projects, ranging from programmers, dba’s and security consultants to CFO’s, end users and business system owners.

Henrik is experienced in working in “political” systems, both public companies and large international corporations.
